For five years we built business travel technology — obsessing over onboarding, search, booking, policy, payments, and reporting. The product was good. But no matter what we shipped, travelers kept telling us the same three things: I found this hotel cheaper somewhere else, the flight I wanted isn't showing up, and why can't I just book directly with Delta? We treated those as product problems and kept building. Eventually we had to admit the problem wasn't our booking tool — it was the idea of a booking tool at all.
Nearly every major business travel platform runs on the same decades-old distribution systems. They were revolutionary when created, but airlines and hotels now invest billions in their own sites, rates, loyalty benefits, and upgrades, and corporate tools ask you to leave all of that behind.
It's why a rate differs, why a flight is missing, and why a simple change turns into a phone call to your agency, who then calls the airline — with you stuck in the middle. Companies had a good reason for the arrangement: policy, reporting, payment controls, receipts, and knowing where employees are. For decades, controlling where you booked was the easiest way to get those things.
We don't think that's true anymore.
AI changed what's possible.
Software can now read a webpage, understand what a traveler is doing, interpret policy in context, and turn scattered information into data a company can use — which means the intelligence no longer has to live inside a booking tool.
So we started over.
Cozmo is a desktop app that sits alongside you while you shop: go to Delta, Marriott, Hertz, Expedia, wherever you prefer, and Cozmo comes with you, applying your travel policy, payment rules, and reporting as you go. You book directly with the supplier, so if you're flying Delta you're Delta's customer.
The internet already has millions of places to book travel; it doesn't need another one. What travelers need is the freedom to use them, and what companies need is a way to make that freedom work.
Book anywhere. Book with Cozmo.
